The maps below represent the official Project Description submittal to SLO County. As you can see, the Grizzle Land & Development Corporation is proposing to slice up large tracts of agricultural land to be sold to a builder resulting in a classic urban sprawl subdivision...Just like what has occurred throughout Southern California.

NEW UPDATE: We have discovered that the developer has submitted an exhibit that charaterizes our surrounding agricultural zoned lands as "residential" in hopes of claiming that his project is justified as an extension of the neighboring properties! SEE BELOW.

"San Miguel Ranch" poster illustrating:

Horse Trails, Public Parks, Beautiful Country Home Designs, Country Store, Civic Gateways

NONE OF WHICH ARE SPECIFIED IN THE CURRENT PLAN.

"Existing Land Use"

Another attempt to justify the "San Miguel Ranch" as compatible with the existing land use

by labeling adjacent properties as residential (yellow) rather than agricultural (green).
